Overnight Care

Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to all clients:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service are charged 50% of the service fee.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before a scheduled service are charged 100% of the service fee.
Schedule changes can be made easily through Time To Pet or by contacting us directly.
Holiday Rates
A $10 holiday surcharge applies to all services scheduled on major holidays, including New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Mardi Gras.
Holiday bookings fill quickly, so early scheduling is encouraged.
